This morning.......while watching my
"Countryman & McDaniel"Law office...........
runway cams at LAX........
this 747....rolled up on Runway 25R........to take off........
I've never seen this plane before......
and without any "Livery"........
I am curious if anyone has any idea......the "Ghostly Secret".......'she' may be keeping.........????.............

There are 2 views to this site...........
#1 "Cargo City"......
which is below, in these 2 "747"..shots....
you see the plane....taxing up to take off here at Runway 25R.........
and when you switch to #2 cam......you can usually see the plane you just watched 'Line up and Wait" rotate up.......
now ........sometimes the 'cam doesn't catch the 'rotation'....if it was during the 'refresh'.....
every 8 seconds........
and #2........is "Pacific View".........
they refresh every 8 seconds.........I keep it on my computer...at work..........when ever I'm not doing anything that requires......the use of my computer screen.......;)))........
Don't worry......I "Do" real work..........except when I don't.......Yikes........♠.

Those KLM jets are old Douglas DC8s .... DC8 Super 60 Series, to be exact, or "stretched" DC8s as we used to call them. These were the A340 of their day .. four engines, very long range (6,000 miles), high passenger capacity (200 - 220 pax) even though they were narrow-body planes (three seats, centre aisle, three seats). They were wildly popular with airlines, and a bunch of these planes continue to fly today as freighters.
