Thoughts.........
you know...............I've seen the pics of the 'jumpers'.......I mean nothing hits home like seeing ..........people jumping.......choosing the lessor........but I never saw what they look like after they hit....until today....thanks to..graphic warning.....posts...I figured......and curious for some reason.........I looked and its BAD.......right......I know I know........of course its bad...they fell...50, 70,over 100 floors....what happens to them......surprisingly they are more intact than you might expect......although below the waist is not...wondering why I'm even describing.........because you know what.....the choice they had was NO fucking choice......but they made it....its horrible........but many of the faces seemed peaceful...where they fell to..........in the midst of being turned inside out from the waist down.........(tears................)....they bared their souls......against their will........and the world watched.....against their will as well..........there is something to be said for that....they did not choose Hell.....wow.......they did NOT choose HELL..........

Many might say, "Why would anyone look at a pic of someone
who jumped to escape the flames?

But, others might say that by seeing EXACTLY what happened to
this person, their SOLITARY fate becomes a little less so...
Because the decision to jump was made without consultation
with anyone, most likely in minutes.
By turning away, by NOT wanting to know, one could argue that
we are REJECTING that poor person because they now look
very grotesque.

I don't think I could bear watching, but I understand why you forced yourself to. It is almost to "honor" the fallen (sorry, don't mean a cruel pun here), but experiencing the last few seconds of their lives, snuffed out by evil terrorists that must be exterminated. Your horror was translated to poetic words that help us begin to understand their painful choice and experience...and, Yes, they esceped Hell and chose Heaven!
